Sealing

Re-sealing grout and or tile should be done in high traffic or wet areas approximately every six years.

Like any product you buy, maintenance is a must to keep it looking good, and re-sealing is in fact very inexpensive.

The process

The first thing to be considered is the removal of any of the old sealant. Leaving old sealant on the Tile tends to reduce the effect of the new. Next comes assessment of the original grout and any repairs, then cleaning and finally the new sealant.

I am happy to offer this service, no matter how small the job is.
